Millions of people around the world use WordPress. But like any software, we often become accustomed to working with it in our own way but maybe miss out on quicker ways of doing the same things. In this section of the Largo user guide, we present some tricks and tips that might make your life with WordPress easier.
For example, did you know that instead of adding a photo to a post by clicking the Add Media button, you can just drag and drop the photo directly into the post? Or that you can rearrange your post edit screen by dragging and dropping your most-used panels so they’re higher on the screen? Or that you can add a link to any text in a post by using the keyboard shortcut Control/Command + K? (This shortcut actually works almost everywhere.)
The pages in this section offer some additional workflow tips, and we’ll keep adding to this section. If you have any tips you’d like to share, we’d love it if you’d post them on the Largo Community Forums.
Here’s to spending less time typing and clicking, and more time creating great journalism.
